Steering Column Question

I bought this off ebay not too long ago so that I could install stock cruise control. But I was wondering if that button was stock also, or if the previous owner had it doing something else. I know I don't have one of those on my 92 rs.

Any ideas on what it does or can do would be appreciated.

that owner was definatly doing something else in my thoughts i would that that was a valet switch for an alam but i could but wrong but i am 99% sure that the previous owner was doing something else
