group design project , bumper OK?

Post by laboiler »

Hey all I had quite a few suggestions earlier to help us build a group designed car. To refresh your collective memory, we are using this to promote the after-market goods available at our used car dealership. So, we have a blank (Viper Red) canvas to work with, and we need your input on how to fix it up. I am near 40 years old and my business partnes is 65... so we may be a little out of touch as to what will look best to you. Not too far though... look at what we've created so far Barry is gonna post some pics for me. So keep the ideas coming and thanks to all. :D :D :D
look at pics @ www.barrykclark.com/pics/hosted
I think that will work.
Thanks a lot Barry, great support.
[ March 23, 2003: Message edited by: laboiler ]
[ March 23, 2003: Message edited by: laboiler ]
[ March 27, 2003: Message edited by: laboiler ]

So are you just making that kit for your car or selling those kits. I mean I need those side skirts and a front bumper even that one if its cheap. I am just asking if you selling or not I really didn't understand the whole post. My opinion the back bumper bottom sides should have other shape instead it looks like it hangs off, making it look huge.

omg that spoiler literally scared me... it wasn't here and then all of a sudden it popped up. I was going to compliment how that RS garnish looked extremely nice painted -- but I can't see it w/ that satelite dish on the back... sorry -- not tbe be mean.

I love contraversy. It's nice to have a car just a little different. The wing (sattelite dish) is norrower than the car by 3/4" on each side. It's a very crappy angle from the rear, makes look like the a$$ on the girl's mom in the Bud Lite commercial. I'll find a better angle and post it, with Barry's help?(thanks for the corrected address man)
Does anyone have any suggestions on graphics?

Hey Guys, just noticed something. The driver's side of the from bumper curls up slightly at the bottom. It's in the bumper casting, not the install. Should I contact Onderground on this or live with it? I'm the only one to notice so far, but the car is for sale and I don't want to drop the price because of this flaw. Would anyone else notice do you think? It's not that bad, but not perfect and I don't know what to expect for perfection. Otherwise I'm fairly happy with the job. :(

That looks so 1997...The Aggressors are dead cause they suck *** ...they get cracked easily...the only aggressors I still see are made by Vielside.
I don't think this is a well thought design since two other companies do aggressors for our car.
You want to do something diff...EVO
Jman
