I want to say that my experience with this forum
and the rx-7 forum. This has much friendlier people on it than the 7 site. My story is this I bought 86 N/A 7 for $450 with a junk tranny. Put used for $150. Pieced together exhaust(incorrectly) Asked for help on both subjects to get a lot of ridicule and little or no help.Did a lot of reading of old threads of a few guys arguing. Any way recieved an offer of a beat up body mx-3 and a 89 bronco2 no second gear plus $700 for the 7. Since I have three infants I snapped back into reality and let my dream car go for a sporty Good gas mileage with a nice fold down back seat mx3. Nice to meet you all, I'm sure I will be asking plenty of questions in the near future. Got a kick out of the mx-3 beating a 7 thread, and does the auto tranny lube really work for noisy lifters?

Re: Rx-7 vs Mx-3
ya 7 guys seem to be a little stuck up. i mean ya sure your car goes really fast but if i put as much money into my mx-3 as u spent on that 3rd gen i would like my mx-3 a lot more lol.
