kl-ze in a chrome look?
kl-ze in a chrome look?
well ask that because i seen some kl-ze motor and it LOOK'S like 1.8 motor not very shiny just very doll looking (i hate it) but i do see other's with chrome in them ,is it expensive to have one ,cause i'm getting my motor in a-spec ($3000) and one more thing should i go for brand name or just have a custom cold air intake which S250 in a-spec, is that right for the people that got it there. ThanX ![Smile :)](./images/smilies/icon_smile.gif)

Re: kl-ze in a chrome look?
some people go thru the ridiculous time and effort it takes to polish the valve covers. It takes about 70 hours of labor. Just take a high grit sand paper and go over the engine, then continue with finer grits until you have the shine you like

Start with (wet type, dust is a b..ch) 180 continue with 300,500,800, 1200. After three weeks you will or will not be satisfied with the results.
The front engine cover and intake manifold should be sitting on your bench not in the engine compartment.
I am satisfied with my work ![Smile :-)](./images/smilies/icon_smile.gif)
