Sweet looking hood! Kinda looks like the Ram Air Firebird. Are the scoops functional?

it is designed after the firebird hood the inserts are actually the stock gm pieces it is held on by hood pins and the fit and finish are excelent. It is somewhat functional in that there is air entering the scoop but at this point the air is not being funelled to the intake. it is just cooling the engine for now i guess.
