It doesn't require a hatch garnish. In fact I would recommend removing the hatch garnish if you have one on.
My Top Mix GTR wing fits perfectly without it and I have also seen it the same spoiler installed with the hatch garnish and it doesn't look as good.

I have no idea where to buy it in the U.S. but I am sure there must be a couple places.

I am ordering the GTR wing directly from TopMix in Hong Kong.. i have opened a special UPS importer account for this. The wing is $880 HKD which is about $113 USD. go to www.xe.com for currency conversions. I'm talking to a guy named Herman and shipping will be $106 USD from Hong Kong, which still makes the spoiler + shipping cheaper than just a spoiler here in US or Canada. The only thing is- topmix requires me to wire transfer them the money for the spoiler before they will mail. they say they dont take credit cards or checks... i dont get it. does an have experience with this?

I don't understand how it's so hard to install a spoiler? Does it not just have a few bolts on the bottom that you attach to the car?

it's not that simple. I helped a friend of mine install his wing on his 93 probe gt. You have to do a lot of measureing and make sure that everything is centered correctly so that for one it doesn't look stupid but also so it doesn't collaps to one side or lean. Trust me when i tell you that you want to have it professionally installed unless you are a professional yourself.
:) :)
