Aftermarket Taillights

Post by Hy300 »

(Hopefully) We all have seen the Euro taillights for the MX3. If you haven't look through previous posts and I'm sure you'll find a link to buy some. I love the lights, but, I want to buy a set of the black ones I see in certain pictures. They look carbonfiber in nature but I can't find them anywhere. If anyone knows what I'm talking about and where to get them please let me know.

um I think they must be custom because as far as I know theres only one style of Altezzas on the market for the MX. I agree some CF would be awesome. But im just glad we got something :)
-Alex

those are just painted stock lights. Some people also use vinyl sticker material. I know some people have some how os on them...Check Barry Clark's site I think he has a how to on it.

I don't think they are painted in that picture. It is tinted instead, basically you add the darkening tint around the round circles you want.

That picture is so bad you can't really tell what has been done... but I would agree it that those aren't manufactured goods. Custom stuff like Barry Clarke's or something like I did to mine:
Image
