Install MX3 Interior into 323

I have a 93 Mazda 323. I am interested in swapping the Dash, panels, carpet and seats from the late model Mx3 with the old style mazda vents.. Please give me some advice or any help on your experiences. <BR>such as harness fitting, mounts, how much cutting... and so on. <P>any help is greatly appriciated.. <BR>I upgraded to 15 inch rims, 205/50,15R, Lowered syspension (struts,Springs,Strut bar, Intake, Exaust system. and minor appearance mods. <BR>nothing big yet. so this dash will be a nice idea.. <BR>I hope.
