big dent. can part be replaced?

Post by Kyle »

my car got hit all the way at the bottem, just to the rear of the driver side door. the part that got hit, is the part that starts from the very bottom of the car up over the roof and down to the other side. it is a very deep dent and very noticeable. does anyone know what i can do about this without breaking my wallet?

i had some dents on that part. Get a puller.. pull it out, sand it and use some bondo so patch it up. <P>-eD

if it would've smacked real bad u could get a replacement panel from junkyard, but i think u could pull it out, just make sure u dont overpull and not overstretch metal and dont go more than 3/8 layer of filler(bondo) or it will crack
