Post by shawn lantz »

Hi, I was just wondering after you change your stock shifter handle, the leather does not fit with the new one. What do you guys suggest in order to make them go togther properly.
Thanks

I went out and bought a new boot, and it fits my new shift knob fine.

If you really want to keep the orginal boot than here is what you do, Get a washer that gets pretty tight to about the hight you want to sit the boot at ,then you bend the washer so it tightens itself onto the shifter, then you just put the boot over the washer and it will hold it up.
Good Luck
Killer MX3
