For those who removed there center dash

I need to drill holes through my center console (94 model, above the radio, under the climate control). I just wanted to make sure there's nothing behind that bar that i could damage. I'm probably only drilling 1/8".

Just take off the piece (takes 29.8 seconds if you're fast just remove the piece that covers the e-brake (2 srews)/ then the piece over the shifter (4 srews)/ and then the center piece (2 screws)<P>Its REALLY easy and you can be sure before you start drilling holes in your car! (What is it for anyways? I'm curious now!)<P><BR>Nic

Well i have a red neon light installed in my car now with velcro, and i'm tired of it falling after the glue wears, so i'm gonna screw it. By the way, the display is in the glovebox, and if everything goes right, the ps2 will sit in where the passenger side airbag is (noone ever sits in my car but ME)

i removed it to paint it, and i dont remember anything being behind it.
