YEs. all mx-3 seats are the same bolt pattern. The non auto seatbelts and those with auto seatbelts have a different seatbelt latch.<P>I swapped a set of 92 GS seats in my 95 RS. I just unbolted the seatbelt latch off of both and swapped them. The only downside is that seatbelt clip is stationary, but they work just fine.
