Anyhow, my main concern is weather or not I need to pull the engine to replace the clutch. I'm used to RWD vehicles, where replacing the clutch is as easy as unbolting the bellhousing, and sliding the tranny back 6 inches.
Also, the clutch kit the guy bought doesn't include a pilot bearing or pilot bearing seal. How important is this going to be? I know you're supposed to replace the bearing and seal with any clutch work, but the local mazda dealer has to order parts in because their parts dept is pretty dinky.
I don't really feel like holding this over the weekend for a $4.00 part

If you guys know any hints or procedures to make it go fast and easy let me know. Like I said, I don't have much experience with FWD drivetrains, so any help is appreciated!
