like the subject says my clutch pedal squeeks when i let it in, and makes the same squeek again when i let it out. I've been reading other similar posts and couldnt find a clear answer. Is this something that a shot of grease will take care of or could it be something worse?

Happens to my cars sometimes. Shot of lithium grease should work, assuming that squeak is just the pedal assembly. You can make sure by operating/listening to the clutch pedal with the motor off & if it squeaks then it probably needs a little lube at the pivot point. Once had my wife going nuts searching for seagulls over our car driving thru mountains cuz she didn't know I was making the seagull noises by easing the clutch pedal in/out just right.
