how much horsepower do i get...

I am thinking about boring out my 1.8l to a 2.0lL
im hoiping to get 200 hp out of it but ive been told i wont get anymore then 180. has anybody done this or know someone who has that can tell me how much hp ill get?

Why go through all the trouble. Mazda makes a 170hp 2.0 V-6 call the KFZE that will bolt right into your car. They run ~$500 from the jspec engine importers. For another $500 you could get a 200hp 2.5 liter. Even in the import world there's no replacement for displacement.

Yeah to even get that 180hp you'd still have to add all bolt-ons and get some cams and pistons and all that. Better off getting a KLDE, or a KFZE. It'll be cheaper too.
