You can use any one off a curved neck intake manifold. The Millenia is the only U.S. spec car with the IAC and coolant lines on the proper sides. You can also get a KLZE throttle body if it's off a curve neck manifold as the IAC and coolant will also be on the proper sides. However, the IAC doesn't have a vaccuum line on the KLZE, so you'll have to plug the corresponding vaccuum hose on your intake manifold.
