A test pipe installs in the place where you Cat. converter is at. The test pipe increase the flow of exhaust, making more horsepower by eliminating congestion by the Cat converter. This will make a good ammount of power for larger engines like the KLZE.. But remember removing the Cat conveter will make you fail state inspection...

i have the hook up on inspection dont worry bout it. i can go to a place that will only look at my car and make sure the lights work and they will slap a sticker on it. should i put it on my k8 and 2.5?

There test pipe in the picture looks straight, if thats the case it will never mount up. The Cat has a sharp bend it in, maybe 30 degrees.
