Crackes in valve cover Danger Will Robinson???

Ok..I was sealing everything back up on the KLZE when I noticed the rear valve cover has a multi crackle reflection ....under closer examination most of them go all the way thru the cover and appear on both sides. They look like stress fractures. The valve cover I am talking about is the one the intake covers (rear one). I thought no big deal, I would just remove the one from the K8 and place in on the Ze as a replacement....guess what same Frelling thing! cracks all over, but much worst.
