I don't really understand the diagram you gave, did you fail on the hydrocarbons? If so, my friend bought an engine flush type product made by redline and his hydro-carbon level went down by 600 points. He also bought new spark plugs, wires, cap and rotor, which helped another 250 hc points or so.

well you could tell the emissions place that the car is a hot rod, they have a different set of specs for cars with engine swaps.
It looks like some thing is wrong with the car, a proper running engine with a good cat should have H.C. of like 30 PPM and the CO should be like .15% so I would suspect a missfire or defective converter.
some things to try would be, de-carbon the combustion chambers, check to make sure the converter is good, change the thermostat.
make sure you run sunoco 94 as well.

How hot was the converter? did you beat the hell out of the car then drive it straight on to the dyno or did it cool down in the parking lot for a while.

also check for vaccume leaks, they could also cause those readings, maybe a small leak at the intake manifold gasket on only one cylinder, I have seen this cause readings like that befor.
maybe a small leak at one of the vaccume chambers for the VIRS.
good luck

yea the stock VAF
the cat is brand new, hasnt even been broken in yet, so that could be the cause of some of it
and the car was tested at operating temp
didnt drive the **** out of it
it was allowed about 10 minutes of cool down before it hit the dyno
before i went for the e-test i had the basic stuff done
plugs/oil change
94 octane
im probobly gonna get my hands on a 1.8 computer
ill hook up the egr and see what happens
