Any one know about how much horsepower I would get if I were to bore out a klze 2.5 to a 2.6, if it even possible, also how much would something like this cost?

HP gains from a marginal increase in displacement and CR would be minimal. Check with a local machine shop for how much they charge to bore a V-6 block. You would need new pistons and new rings, not to mention a few gaskets.

by "new pistons" do you mean brand new ZE pistons or some other after market ones for the ZE?

If you bore out the block you are taking material from the inner walls of the cylendars. This would result in the pistons not sealing because of the gaps that are produced. You will need custom made pistons to the specifications that the block now requires.

yes that is correct
you need to get custom pistons,
i got a quote for that, for 6 forged
pistons to fit it would cost about 1500
bucks

stroking the engine is probably where you could gain the most discplacement...
