cd player dosent work

well i hooked up my cd player and it work fine and sound was good, and then i cranked up my volume almost like 40 then it turmed off because i think i push my max watts so i turn the car off and my cd player goes on but theres no sound

Check the wiring harness. The vibrations could have knocked a wire loose.

Fried internal amp on the CD player?

Does the radio still work? is it just the CD gone? or both.

Cool...... Anyway, first thing I would do is unplug all the plugs from the rear of the deck and let it cool down for a bit. Then plug it in and see what it's doing.

#2. Check your speakers with a walkman to see if they work.
#3. Try each speaker out one by one on the back of the deck.(couldn't have just fried one speaker, or one output)

#4. Go spend some money on an amp and run off of the pre-outs.

you've checked fuses on the HU right?

yup all of the fuses are ok and i took every wire off from the back of the cd player when i hooked up the acc, 12v and ground and connected a speaker from the back, the CD player when on but there wasent any sound coming out, i tried every wire to.
