Series or Parallel

Series or Parallel whats the diff what are the pros and cons of both im currently running 2 12"fosgate he2 dvc 4ohm subs each in a sealed box running off a sony 800w amp which is 1 ohm stable so what way should i go Series or Parallel. [img]shrug.gif"%20border="0[/img]

wire the voice coils of each sub in parallel and that will give u a 2 ohm load for each speaker...then wire both speakers in parallel and that will drop it to a 1 ohm load giving u the max outta that amp...
resurected KL-ZE,ZE ECU, 9lb Fidanza Flywheel, CMIII, home depot CAI, Hiflow Cat, 2 1/2" piping, exhaust, 2 MASS 2012's, Cadence A7, Blaupunkt Casablanca, and a no damn CEL light!!!

Is the amp 1 ohm stereo stable, or mono. Cause if its 1 ohm stereo, you can only present a 2 ohm mono load on it.
