Bad leak

Every time it rains my car has a puddle of water on the floor in front of my seats. It looks like its comming out of the top of the door somewhere. I think it has something to do with my sunroof. I looked at the sunroof and saw that about a inch of the rubber gasket was not there around the sunroof. Is this the problem, and has anybody had this problem? Where can I get that gasket at? Thanks

Just pointing out the obvious, not trying to be rude...if you said an inch of rubber is missing from the seal in your sunroof...kinda sounds like that might be your problem...

that only answers one part of my question. Am I going to have to go to a dealer for this part? Thanks for the reply though.

Cause everybody's sunroof rubber does this. It's called shrinkage.

Before you spend anything try verifying were the leak is. Have a friend spray water with a hose at or on the suspect areas. You should be able to locate your leak this way.
The reason I mention this is it could also be the front windshield seal. It took the dealer three times to finally seal my windshield up. The third time they called in outside help.
Good luck

If I take it to a dealer and they look at it, would they charge me?
