1/4 mile questions

hey guys i was woundering what the b6-t 1/4mile times are compaired to the bpt times any one know?????what swap should i do?????help me out

my personal best is 13.9 @101 MPH with a B6T @ 13psi. the MPH is there for a mid-low 13(if i had slicks). further more i believe upping the boost to 16psi and spraying the chiller kit would have netted me a 12sec. pass. i think most of the BPT guys have gone mid 14's. as far as their mods go i dont know. its all about tuning...

I think the BP wold be faster because of the added displacement... maybe I'm an idiot though :shrug:

yes, bar none that would be the ideal thing to do: BP w/ a big turbo(along w/ porting, boring the block, pistons,beefier internals, ect). Dave lazier(spl?) set-up is a good example.
both motors though have awesome potential and good aftermarket support. really it all comes down to $.

To give you guys some more figures, my turbo 1994 MX3 1.6 DOHC using the stock motor with B6T manifold and turbo does low 15s in the 1/4mile at 7/8psi.
