Strange sound

Just recently my car has had a sound like the tire is rubbing against something. I was just wondering If anyone had an idea as to what this could be cause by.I checked to see if there was anything rubbing but there wasn't.

i don't know if this is it, but when i used to corner my car sounded as if the left tire was rubbing and then it got worse to a judder. That's when i realised my cv joint had gone. I dunno this is one option you may want to consider looking into.
but depends if your cars lowered and stuff i guess, it may be the tire rubbing

How much does it cost to replace a CV joint, and how much work is involved? I have the same problem but in the past I replaced the whole axle instead of just joint.

Is it possible that it could be the brake rubbing because of a bad caliper or something?
