mx3 wont idel just dies

ok, i just put a newe tranny in my 1.6 sohc mx3, i checked all the wires, the connections, even adjusted the idel, but still i start the car let off the gas and it just dies, it doens even make an attempt to idel,there was one wire conection that got craked during the tranny swap, it connects onto the tranny i cant remeber where, if thsi has somethign to do with it please let me know, any infor will help. I dont know if this has anything to do with it eitehr but when i installed my intake the air flow sensors needed to be installed properly for the car to idle if not, as soon as i let off the gas the car woujld immediately shut off. thats all i can think of

Tranny Light come on at all? Youre gonna have to be more detailed. This could be a ton of problems.

There is a vacum hose under the throttle body, if this is unplugged the car wont know how to idle, if you ancidently knocked it off, or didnt connect it, this could be your problem
