Idle problem, different from the other idle problem!

Idle problem, different from the other idle problem!
My problem is that my idle won't drop below 1500rpms. If I slip the clutch at a light with the brake pressed, and drop it to 500 rpms or so, it will idle at 800~ rpms all day, but as soon as I take off and drive, and stop again, it will stay at 1500 until I make it drop down. Any ideas?
