Where can I find the MX3 instruction manual?

Post by ravve »

Please can somebody help me, I bought my MX-3 (-93) yesterday, but I didn´t get any instruction manual with it, you know the book that comes with the car. Can i download it somewhere on the net?
And one more question, I´m not any specialist in cars, and everyone here is talking about GTX and such engine stuff... My MX-3 is not V6 (maybee 1,6?), how many models does they come? just V6 and 1,6? Is there anywhere i can read and learn all the stuff you people are talking about?
How do I know what engine I have.. It´s a 16V that´s all I know..

The same page that you can post on :) The online Shop manual is there, and you can find the history of the mx-3. There was 3 models in Canada, that I know of. 4cylinders Sohc 1.6l, 4cylinders dohc 1.6l, and V6 Dohc 1.8l.
Hope that help.

OK! so I must have either the 4cylinders Sohc 1.6l, or the 4cylinders dohc 1.6l... how do I know wich one I have? and what is the difference between those two? wich one is better?

O.k. look on the top of your engine it should tell you rather it is SOHC or DOHC/
OH and the dohc is better because it has 2 overhead cams.
