odd noise when in D or R

odd noise when in D or R
ok when my car makes a funny sound almost like a loose belt when i put it in drive or reverse. my belts are tight so it cant be that, someone said it could be an exhaust leak under the hood but i dont know <BR>any ideas folks ?

go back and look in previous discussions they talk about this piticular problem and how to fix it.
