need help with performance

I just got my mx-3 in Nov. 01 as a project show car. Dec. I dropped about 3g's in body kit, rims & tires, exhaust, intake, underdody neon, inside neon, and strobe lights. I find myself with a fast looking car that is frickin' slow. I have the 1.6 4-banger dohc. I want more performance out of it but don't want to spend too much, at least not right now. I found a guy that's going to sell me a t-4 turbo for $250, but I don't really have a way to get it in my ride as far as tubes go. Anyone got any suggestions as far as tubes or other mods? it depends on how much money you have to spend. since you already have i/e, there really isn't much left in the way of power mods. as far as turbo goes, you could get the 323 gtx turbo manifold and turbo. but if you're going to go through all that, you might as well just do a swap.
