3 problems, need help fast

I have a 93 rs and these are my problems, any help is appreciated.<P>1. My heater/defroster/ac is not working at ALL now. For a while now the a/c has not worked but I dont care about that. Could it be a blown fuse?<P>2. My seatbelt light keeps flashing randomly when I am driving. Probobly once every 10<BR>minutes and this happens when ALL the seatbelts are on. <P>3. How can I tell if the clutch is slipping?<BR>I think mine is but I am not sure. If I am at 4,000 rpms in third then I shift to fourth and I am still at 4,000 rpms for a couple seconds, would that be the case?
