hey everybody. dose it matter what model protege (LX,DX...) and year i take the tranny out of??? i know i have to find a dohc 4 cyl. can i also use flywheel, engine comp.,peddle assem, basicly everything needed to do the swap.<BR>thanks for anyones help.. :)

you need to get it out of an lx(i believe a 90-94 will work). you also need to grab the flywheel(corksport has a lightened one) and get a performance clutch for that tranny(also corksport). i believe you can use your stock pedal assymbly.
Fast imports only come on two wheels.
