MX3 93 SE -- Anybody interested?
I'm considering selling my car, because my neighbour's selling a jeep that I'm interested in.
It needs bodywork, but I just finished putting a tonne of work into it mechanically.
1993 SE 5 spd.
-rasp. metallic (rear bumper on it is red, needs a paint job)
-new Defender tires 205s
-wired for subs and a deck
-5 spoke 15" SE enkei rims
-leather, all power(mirrors/doors/windows), sunroof, cd player, heated seats
done recently:
-low km 1.8 professionally installed by A Spec Performance in this past weekend ($1300) (3 month warranty)
-brand new clutch this weekend($300 before labour)
-$1300 in parts in august including new brakes, ball joints, front springs, cv joint, plugs.. etc.
-NEW catback exhaust done in august with dual tip muffler
needs: fresh paint job, a bit of body work
Ive put over $3000 into it in the last month, and I'm wondering what I can get for it, should I decide to sell it. Its safetied, it'll just need an etest when I sell it.
anyone interested at all? This would be a very nice car if you threw a body kit on it and gave it a fresh paint job. E-mail me with offers or questions I guess. I have a receipt for the $1300, and I think i have the receipt for the exhaust around somewhere too. Oh, and the engine (although it says 500 because i paid the rest in cash).

I didnt' say I was looking for $3000, i said i put over 3000 in in the last month and a half.
the odometer reads 210,000KM, but there's less than 70k on the engine.
no one wants an SE?

I'm not completely sold on the jeep, I'm partially wondering what I could get for this if I sell it. Deep down, I think I'd buy another mx3. Maybe I should keep it.. it IS an SE...
Any offers?
Joe, why aren't you on msn?

Re: MX3 93 SE -- Anybody interested?
hmm.. not much interest... I'm not sure if I'm looking for more or less than you guys think. I't take 3500US for it I think. Its already safetied. I'd probably take 4000CAD, and you'd have the balance of the warranty on the engine if you lived sort of near here (the engine is less than a week old).
edit: or if anyone is looking for a new project car, the SE would be perfect, and I'm open to trades. I'm a student and I can't afford to make this car into what it should be, so someone else should get the chance to.

C'mon, this is a good deal!
I have a Jeep as well, but love my MX3. I can see your point, what yr and such is the Jeep?
I'd love to get the deal you have, but I'm a student too. You have any pics available?

If not broke - don't fix, modify. If broke - fix it right, and make it better.

Re: MX3 93 SE -- Anybody interested?
i don't think i'm getting the jeep anymore. too much gas guzzling with the 4 litres. i might be moving to a house near my school so i won't need the car. i've got a couple of people interested in it, so if you're at all interested, e-mail me.
oh, and it wasn't much of a "jeep"
