Mine went last year and I bought a new one from Mazda. Still have a core. Mazda sells a rebuild kit if you want to attempt, you can have my core. This way you can play while your car is still on the road. I think the kit is $30 or so. Try NAPA as well, may be they have rebuild ones already.

Greg, I am also looking for a good used one...

A rebuild is fairly easy if you buy the kit from NAPA, but only attempt it if your slave cylinder is not corroded too bad. FYI NAPA has the rebuilt ones ready to buy for $45 USD's on their website, so we could count on about $70 CDN North of the border. They're good parts.

I have tried to find one here and will probably end up buying a rebuilt one from NAPA. If your core is in good general condition, go with the rebuild kit.
