So is the final decision Bear Creek on the weekend of July 19? Will there be an organized car rally type event or is it just everybody showing up and camping for the weekend. We have friends in Vernon that we would like to visit and then come out for the meet if that's what the deal will be. Maybe like a show and shine in Kelowna on Saturday or something.

The wife and I would like to do a road trip this summer and this would be perfect.

Jesse- are you leaving then on Sunday and not staying for Sun night?? Also, how many cars between you guys??

wytbishop- were you planning on camping with the group?? If so, how many ppl, tents and cars? Thanks

We are not planning on camping, but we would like to meet everybody and check out the cars.

I was thinking of going to Victoria after, but I am wondering if I can get on the ferry without too much damage to my bumper, I am sure that if I find a good angle I can make it... I hope... lol

tyler just phoned me and said the bookings have to be in first thing monday morning so he needs everyones dates for sure and people that have not posted need to speak up otherwise there will be no spots left and who ever misses out might not get a spot at bear creek.

If I remember right from Fintry last year, they might want plate numbers and number of cars per site. Mine is RPL 447, just in case. Dates for me will be July 17-20 inclusive (leaving on the morning of the 21st).

My Plate is BDY 082 or LUY 682 (Still not sure which car I'm bringing :()

same for me, nights of 17-20 leaving on monday. don't have plates on my car yet, so i can't give you that. will take out of storage real soon, i hope...
