Re: Finally suspension AaronTietje - 1993 MX-3 GS
It's been over a year since my car had been "down" on the ground.
I've got to say that putting it at ride height and seeing a splash of orange in the door jam has given me new motivation.

Here's a shot of my newly painted ZEX bottle. The orange you see in the pics is only a base coat color. I will be "painting" over it with a tinted clear later on.
Also, I have been painting the interior where the sun don't shine..............

More brake parts. Next will be the chore of fabbing a bracket.

The custom spoiler is getting closer............... I was able to put some primer on it as I have my rough shape now. What is left is final fill\corrections.

Re: Finally suspension AaronTietje - 1993 MX-3 GS
Thanks guys. I will post up the brake info when I get it final plumed and bracketed. (I may even be nice enough to make extra brackets available when all is said and done.) The caliper is an afco/US brake 4 piston caliper. I have also figured out that a rx7 FC 4piston aluminium caliper can also be used as the dimensions are the same. the rx7 brake upgrade would be a "cheap" version to the setup I will be running.

Re: Finally suspension AaronTietje - 1993 MX-3 GS
Another thing to consider, if anyone is looking to do a big brake conversion, is the rims and their clearance to the calipers. Clearance was a major deciding factor in my picking the rota's.
