Man when did you sell the car? How did I miss that? Maybe I'm just not remembering?
Boo when someone lets one go

(had a 99 (Ford) Mercury Cougar from oct 07 to june 08 too, but luckily I got back to a decent car).

Just got around to installing my headlights tonight... did anyone have a problem with the hood closing cause the headlight sits too high?
I didn't have a chance to look for an adjustment bolt cause it got dark, can anyone shed some light?

^Are your bottom bolts in? (The ones you have to screw through the turn signals) I was debating not hooking those bolts up because they're such a PITA to get to, but they lowered my lights down to where I needed them.

And there's a peg in the bottom end of the housing that needs to fit through a hole in the frame, if that's not in along with the bottom bolt the lights would sit high.

Yup, all three bolts are in... I'll have a look today in the light, just wondering if anyone else had this problem and had already fixed it.

Has anyone talked to Ray lately? I've been trying to reach him; I still haven't received my HID kit.

I messaged spyder about the fire hazard with his lights and NO response. Wire fell out while I was installing mine and that's just not acceptable. He hasn't responded to my Email so I recommend no one buy from him (carpart4u). I'll fix the wiring on my lights and hopefully no ones car burns as a result of his in action. Be sure to check the security of the wiring before you install. Just so you understand my back ground, I've worked on aircraft for almost 30 years and I have extensive electrical experience.

He isn't responding to me either.

One of my rubber seals fell off at some point, as well as one of the clips that keep the front on. Now I've got a slight moisture problem in one of the lights.
I'm even willing to pay for replacement parts (though surely this should fall under warranty). I just want to get it fixed. No response though..
