I like how it's sitting and I have always loved those factory wheels.

Thanks Aaron, I like how the height is too and once I get the full lengths on and the euro bumper back on I'll be so much happier.
Don't think I'll keep my Rota Grids though since I want to go five lug. Might just rock some steelies over summer. IF I can get it running tomorrow, which seems doubtful seeing as there are no first gen RS's at Pick n pull so I can't get a cluster and speedo cable. If I don't get that taken care of tomorrow the car will be left in the garage till I'm back in the province to fix it.

What size, color, offset are your rotas? How much do you want for them? Do they have rubber?

THey're 16x7 +30ish offset with good rubber, I don't remember what exactly is on them but they're good tires, Falken 452s or 512s I think. I'll shoot you a text when I figure out what they have exactly.

Re: Rob's '95 RS -> BP is in!
So I'm back home in B.C. working over at the saw mill here, havent' been able to do anything with the car. I'm sitting idle and it's driving me mad. I originally came to the mill to work as a Foreman but due to others having seniority over me I was reassigned to millwright assistant but after a week of that I asked and got moved to heavy duty mechanic assistant/apprentice which is really nice seeing as I'm only working here for three months.
I'm not supposed to be working on any of the machinery or work trucks here but the heavy duty mechanic I work under is in pretty bad shape so I end up doing a lot more then I'm supposed to but it's a lot of fun to be messing around with giant work trucks and forklifts and loaders. Plus the pay is better then anything I could have hoped for in the city. The mechanic I work under on weekends is actually showing me how to rebuild turbos during our spare time which is pretty cool too.
Anyway, I went and got myself some adjustable cam gears mostly for the bling.

I was originally gonna go with a blue and yellow theme for my engine but with these acquired I think instead I'll go for a black and gold engine bay and maybe gold callipers, but I do love my yellow calipers.
Also gonna try to fab up some sort of custom timing cover. I want the gears to be visible but I don't care much to have an uncovered belt. I may try to get some plexiglass over the gears and cut the timing cover and glue it into place. Need to source another timing cover first to test it on. I wanted to go miata VC and timing cover but its too much of a pain to find one so I figured screw it.

They aren't quite gold, kind of in between bronze and gold, think it's what people call pale gold.
I may have sourced a miata cover to accommodate it but I'm really interested to see how I could make my BP timing cover show off the gears.

So I think the turbo project is gonna go on hold for about a year, maybe next fall. I've just finished finalizing a cross continent road trip with some buds so all of my funds are gonna be diverted there. I'm probably gonna sell off the majority of my visual mods then get a new shell then cause thus sucker will be sitting while. You want that hatch shade sgtassistan? Shoot me a PM.

Re: Rob's '95 RS -> BP is in!
So this happened to the K8 that hates me:

So the logical solution was to buy an auto k8 with a toast trans and swap K8s

Neither of these 3 run 100% :/
