I will try to call the camp ground tomorrow to get some information on a possible group rate. Hopefully they will be able to have us all in the same general area, and I'm sure 2 or 3 tents can fit on a single site. Jacki, Jesse and Jacki's brother Steven did that last year.

james, would we need to book the site for a week? i'm thinking of taking off the thursday and friday from work, so i'd be down from wed night to sunday.

would anyone be willing to let me crash on your campsite for the partial week and i'd pay you accordingly?

Well I know that most of us will be there the night of the 12th (thurs)to the morning of the 17th. Perhaps if someone else is staying out there the previous night (11th) then you could share with them and we can just book one spot for an extra night. Just as long as you'd be there to claim it on the 11th.

Okay here's the Bear Creek campground site

I am going to guess at around 9 cars when I contact them. The need the following info:
"When booking a reservation for multiple parties, please advise Discover Camping of the specific details (ie number of parties, names of parties, dates required to be reserved etc) if you wish to have sites booked that are adjacent to each other."

my bad. i thought you guys were there for the whole week prior. that's good to know that you're planning on getting there thursday. i guess i can work a half day and see you in the afternoon on thursday. i doubt i'll be able to stay til the 17th though, we'll see.

someone has got to bring another 4 cyl to keep Darcy company. Every other car coming is a GS in some form or another

Should be able to keep up this year as I don't plan on bringing both bikes again.
