last weekend in june is good, and as mentioned no one has vitoed it. june 27,28 and 29

kevin/ovendenk has familly from the 28 to 6th.

I think that if the 19th /20th of July is a date that everyone is free we should just go then because that way it gives everyone who wants to go the chance to go. Plus it’s only about a week later than last year, and if we go to Bear Creek there will be more shade and it won’t feel so hot, that's just my opinion.

are you taking of june or july. cus we went last year in july. This would work for Jack and I, Steve and Dan from Calgary

well it looks like it will either be the last weekend in july or or the beginning depending on when kevins familly is up for july 5-6. i would personally prefer earlier due to the heat but i would rather have everyone show. i know i would be pissed if i could not show up, this will be my fifth year. anyways looks like we may have a date then, just wait to hear from kevin, he will only be a 2 hourish drive away from kamloops.

whoops yea I meant July, Like Dali said, I don't think it would be nice to pick a date that didn't work for someone who really wants to come lol

also I am going to be in Armstrong at the end of april/beginning of may so if Bear Creek is open by then I can go there and make/ ask about reservations, maybe it will be easier to make the reservations in person... again just a thought lol.

lol, man i just about pissed my pants there. anyways im up for whatever, just want to go when we can. once we get a date set we should go threw the mxwest members list and email everyone that is a member and get some more people to show, i know off the bc site there are aboue another 10 people that should be able to make it that dont live to far away from kelowna.

alright people. this is getting a bit ridiculous. first weekend in july bis out for me due to family wedding and stuff. lets just do it the 19th of july. heat won't be much different from first weekend of july. besides, like jen said, there's were tons of trees at bear creek and bc interior is real low humidity. ie. shade = coolness.

let's just book before we get screwed out of bear creek like last year when we booked too late.
