to reprobation: did you only use novus on the exterior of the lens, not the inside?

i thought most of the grime resides inside from heat-singing due to the lamp

still wish there were aftermarket halo projectors for the Precidia
no one in my city does the customizations involved to fit on those civic lights
it hurts my feelings . . .

wow,so i went out and bought some of the mothers mag and aluminum polish,and it f---in cleans my headlights pretty damn good,thanks!

It's not only good on headlights, it works on aluminum too.... :lol:

well..mothers mag and aluminum polish is only less then 4 bucks at walmart.

It's just a matter of preference. I you think plastic cleaner works for you, by all means use it. I just like the Mother's Al polish because:

1. It's cheap
2. It's readily available (walmart, advance auto, etc.)
3. It works well with what I want to do with it.

I've been using this product for 2 yrs now and I polished the headlights on all of our vehicles, the plactic lens on my gauge cluster, and the valve cover on my mx-3.

BTW, I got the info on this product from the Toyota Previa message board. Before using this I tried plexiglass cleaner/polish. That did not work as well as Al polish.

like i said its only 3 something at walmart. its starts to haze again, or at least mine is. after a couple weeks but hey a little of it goes a long way and it works for me, i give the product 4 out of 5 stars!

i just picked up
Meguiars Plastic Cleaner
and used it.

don't listen to any of you guys with your novuses and mothers. Any plastic cleaner designed for cars will do the job just fine!!!!!!!

the point was to give some ideas on what else we can use, cuz plastic polishes are pretty expensive and mothers is for multiple uses.
