No, no, i HAD a hei mod and external coil and i takeoff original coil, but it won`t started. So i getout hei and coil and rest of original distributor and put in used distributor only i put T0T57072 and original distr. was T0T57071. Can this make a problem? Is T0T57072 from newer version mx-3? My mx is `93.. Now it start at once but also shutdown after a sec.

I think you can get codes by connecting a lamp or LED or voltmeter between the FEN terminal on the diagnostic box and ground.

I have never done it - if i have time i will try to do that with a voltmeter today.

Edit: I tested it with a voltmeter and it seems to be working
Let me get you strait: one wire from voltmeter goes to FEN and other wire goes on ground, right?

One more thing, where`s the FEN terminal? Maybe it is TEN (or 10)?l

Yes it is FEN not TEN. I disconnected my TPS which threw a code 12 - i could read the pulses between FEN and ground. It will be better if you used a test lamp because the meters move very slow (up and down) and it might confuse you while counting the pulses. Here is a picture of pin locations.

The online manual is for a North American 1995 model - so it might be different for your car - but usually the pin names are printed on the inside of the diagnostic box lid. Here's the link to the manual.

One more question, maybe it`s stupid: when some malfunction occur, that code will be put in memory, right? When i repair it, this code stay in memory until t erase it? Is it posible that ECU don`t have a new information, and act like before (because of that code), and i must to erase code memory and then ecu se what happen? (hope you understand what i`m trying to say :? )

Yes - you need to reset the ecu if you have a code and fixed it. You reset the ecu by disconnecting the battery cable (negative) and press the brake pedal for 20 seconds.

Yesterday i try to reset memory: first i takeoff negative from batteryand hold brake 20 seconds. Return negative to battery, try to start and same symptoms: startup and after a second-two shutdown. Then i try from manual for codes you gave me(couple a post above), takeoff negative, hold brake 5 sec, return negative, connect with jumper wire TEN and ground, ignition 6 sec, and then try to start - same thing. Then i connect TEN and ground (with some kind a pen with led inside and wire with clip at the other side), ignition... and nothing happens, led isn`t light. Try later with FEN and ground and nothing, like there is no trouble code. But there is a trouble, so maybe ECU died?

I didn`t exactly understand you. What do you mean "neutral"? Is it posible that is intake when i start engine and he shuts in a second?

Maybe try changing the fuel filters and check the fuel pump.

you said in your first post that you didnt know what zero gear was called .....it is known as neutral....but to answer your question, what i dont understand is do you have a check engine light or not, you must know that if you do and it is not on....no codes will be given by the ecu, it is possible that your VAF is not working properly (vaf=sensor between intake hose and intake filter) the best way i could think of to check that is to take off the filter and accelerate by pulling throttle body cable and you should see the vaf sensor sucking in and releasing it when you let go

The car is repaired, works great. I didn`t manage to use this selfdiagnostic, because in the service plug computer and do diagnostic, then work on car until almost midnight, and then he call me to pick the car. Didn`t say what`s was wrong so my guess is some dumb problem (maybe contact or so).
But, car works great! Thanks you all for help, i learning alot about mx-3 thanks to you.
Special thanks to Custom_V6_Limited_SE for help and info! :2thumbsup:
