aside from importing 2 GTX's, a GTR (all in parts), and doing a SOHC+Auto to DOHC+5Spd conversion for a freind and having 10,000 packages to ship and a motor to break down for groharlem.... i'll getback around to pestering them soon.

so far, they don;t return my calls.

sorry sam for the delay in reply, been obsessiong over my protege (and now my mx-3!) and did'nt have reply notification turned on.

Has any one hear had any luck with using the internet fraud dept. to get there money back?

We've been out our money for over a year in some cases. As I get more free time I'm trying to look into what other legal action I/we can take.

I'm going to have a lawyer look into what I can do from my end.

Can someone repost or pm me his address. My first step is to get an officially documented request for my money back using good old snail mail.

duno if i said this yet, but i talked to his mother on the phone. her reaction was something like this:

"what?? no... we dealt with this 6 months ago! what? we received no information from Dave. I thought everyone had their money returned!"

so basically.. Dave never received or passed on the information all of us sent him...... Marsh never fessed up to his parents that he STILL owed people money, even though they received information...... and his mother doesnt believe that we never got refunds!

i'm so incredibly shocked. so anyway she told me to send her those screenshots i took for Dave in an email. SENT. she writes me back asking for the real emails (because she thinks that i may have faked the screenshots)... aite whateva. i'm actually able to find the original emails! SENT. she still wants "more proof" and it's really trying my patience. it takes her over a week to respond to each of my emails, so really i cant wait for this to be over. next i go to paypal and actually find in my history the 3 transactions i made to marsh from over a year ago! SENT. yet again, she wants proof. i saved the html documents and forwarded them to her.... wtf more do you need??? ok... so i calmed down, wrote her back saying to contact paypal asking for my info. gave her everything she needs on me.. been like 3 weeks.. no reply.. wtf.

i'm contacting paypal right now to sent an official email or fax or SOMETHING saying her son owes me over $400 and that she'd better pay up soon. the SCREWED UP part is.... why wouldnt James (marsh) just check out the emails, screenshots, transactions, and agree that they're legit? thats just wrong, and i'm mad. (i'll update this when i get my money)

First off the reason James (Marsh, etc) won't admit they are real is that he is low life piece of sh!t who ripped us off in the first place. If he admitted stuff was real and his parents actually did reimburse people then he would owe them. So it sounds like he won't admit to anything (except maybe in court).

Second, whether or not Dave passed on the information I can't say, but he supposedly told the mother there were numerous other people who were owed money. If she thought it was dealt with then who does she think paid the money out. Apparently little Jimmy didn't have the money, and she obviously would remember paying out well over a thousand dollars. I guess she must believe that the Internet refund fairy paid out the money.

I would believe that the parents aren't that much better than the son. Sure she doesn't want to pay if we were scammers, but she has to know that she didn't pay out nearly what was told to her she would owe for her son. She probably has the info from Dave and is just hoping it will go away. I really wish that the FBI fraud didvision would do something as the sum total for all the ripoffs is enough to make it a felony. I'd be willing to give up the money knowing that little Jimmy Marshmellow was going to spend some time behind bars. I'm sure his prison buds would love his precious nickname.

I also went through the threads again to find a last name and the parents don't show up anywhere that I can find as Remax realtors. Maybe they just sell bridges and swamp land in Florida.

From what I've found out some states have passed or are trying to pass laws where you can sue in your state/area. This way the internet defrauder would have to travel to your state to defend themself. If they don't show you win by default. Not saying you'll ever get the money, but an unpaid judgement against Jamesey Boy would ruin his credit forever. Maybe mommy and daddy will pay up when they find their precious son can't get college loans and will never get to go to tech school and learn how to work with cabon fibre and can't reach his lifelong dream.

Sam, gather all your documents, I get a day off, and we both go down there and face them. If she doesn't do anything, we go file in civil court. I bet when she see's her son being sued, she will change her mind.

its true, if all of you guys put your case together with a lawyer, im sure something can be done about it. taking matters into your own hands doesnt solve anything. take the punk to court and sue for your money and lawyer fees. there is no possible way he can win this if it is handled in the proper place.

BTW: sorry to say but dave won't help you guys out with this s--- anymore. he has bigger problems to deal with in his personal life at the moment so if you guys want ur money back....find someone in teh southern Cali area to pay this prick a visit

well i got a check for $400 in the mail yesterday! i have to say, all of my bugging James' mother finally paid off! i sent her an email after 2 weeks of not hearing a word (after she asked for all my address/information again)... and check it out... she was like "excuse me? who is this meant for? i am james' mother and you should not disrespect me like this. i will send out your refund right now, just be more considerate of who you are talking to."

...... aite wuteva. i got the $$ back. i'm sure she'll have a FIT if anyone else emails/calls her about this, but here is her info:

DAMMIT!! I was looking forward to breaking some legs. That would've been a great stress reliever.

His mom is a dumbazz. She should be lucky ya'll didn't smack her for all the wait and effort Sam had to go through to show the evidence. She knows what Marsh did, she probably thought it would blow over.

Yeah I just called her and tried to talk to her shes like how can you excuse my son of something like this And I was like like well mam I have sufficient evidence showing that I payed him and I recieved nothing , She was like oh thats something you have to take up with my son and hung up on me ..
That got me pretty angry I tried calling back and she continues to foward me to her voice mail .
