You need to do a alignment

Maybe if someone worked in a machineshop we could perfect theese..
If we put in a metalsleeve like in the original and mazdaspeed bushings, then there would be no over or undertightening, and it would still work as intended because of the near solid bushings..

And squeaks and clonks would be gone due to the fact that all frictionpoints would be like standard OEM

Does the Mazdaspeed bushings also squeak?
I'm getting tired of the squeaking from my SRD ones.

I put mine in about 3 weeks ago. I used white lithium grease. NO SQUEEKS at all (grease goes on the bolt threw the center) (and don’t use graphite grease, that stuff is crap). I have a nice clunk but it’s not from the bushings. I actually pressed mine into the stock sleeve.
When installing them or any bushing for that matter. You need to let the full weight of the car settle on them before you tighten them up. So with the car on the ground I tightened them up. No problems at all, very nice to ride NO wheel hop at all now. Steering is way tighter now as well. But on the other hand my oem bushings were falling apart, so anything was better then the ones that were in it.

Yeah, I heard from a guy that lithium grease or silicone grease will work. I will try it. Hope the squeaking will be gone.

my poly bushings that i used to sell here don't squeak.

i used a total assload of the supplied grease that came with em tho, but they've been installed for a little over a year now and i haven't heard any squeaks yet.

definatly install them before the alignment. it will throw it off some.

I put some new grease on the front bolt. Removed the rear bushing from the "bolt" that is on the control arm, and greased it too. Put some liquid grease down below the hole where the front of the control arm is mounted.
And now it dosen't squeak at all. No need to push the bushings out. All I needed was some grease.

the correct way to install control arm bushings...........after you press the bushings and install the control arm dont tighten the bolt, u have 2 have the car on the ground the way it would b normally then tighten the bolts. in reality this is pretty much impossible 2 do so what i usually do is put the wheels on a couple of cement block or what have u put em under the tires and lower the car onto them control arms will b similar 2 what they would b when on the ground if u dont do it this way normal bushing can get ripped apart i've seen it happen especially on suv's, anyhow this is the way i do it and usually the way u get taught at seminars on suspension, just thought u guys might fixx your squeekin probs with that
