you add it through the teeny speedo cable hole protruding from the side of the bellhousing? just at a dribble i guess? haha
this adds absolutely nothing constructive to this thread. if he was searching for how to fill the tranny there are other threads that give more information towards it. if not its some random comment directed towards members who are not even on this site anymore, and is meaningless.
kudos for searching thow.

i also think there was another mtx fluid thread going on recently where alot of current members shared what there using.

if you are asking how to fill it theres a 24mm(?) bolt on the front the the transmission (near rad) you need to remove and pour the fluid in. youll need a hose as its on the vertical side of the tranny. when it starts to pour out its full. youll also have to remove the intake to get at it. drainage bolt is on the bottom.

I used a pump to pump it in, didn't even need to jack my car up.

Also, it's definitely 23mm. :)

The 4 cylinder F series tranny doesn't have a fill plug. It is filled through the speedo drive. 6 cylinder G series tranny is filled through the fill plug in the front of the transmission case.

AS for grade, 75W90 is just fine. I use full synthetic, but as long as you monitor it and don't leave it in there for 5 years you'll be just fine with any brand, synthetic or dino.
