Technical specs:

-OEM Hatch w/ glass: 77 lbs.

-OEM Hatch w/o glass: 28 lbs.

-CF Hatch w/o glass: 12 lbs.

This is freakin awesome! I wonder how heavy the lexan will be but I'm thinking it will not be over 8 pounds so all in all we will shave about 50+ pounds by having this hatch!!!

just out of curiosity how much do cf hatchs go for on average for say an integra or something? and also with a cf hatch i would want a cf spoiler as well too match. is it hard to wrap your own spoiler with cf and make it look?

depending on model and brand...200-600 bucks. Just do an ebay search.

Ya, i'll be going with a CF wing on mine. There's plenty of places that do wrapping. A few of the Durham guys have gotten stuff wrapped.

I figure it won't be for a while since this is the first one being made and we still have to test fit it and see if it fits PERFECT!

The gaps MAY appear to be big because the struts were not screwed in and interfered with the hatch. It was clear in person that the gaps were even and just as good as the factory hatch...
