THIS IS WHAT I'M SAYING!!!

JEEEEEZ!

But seriously, all of my parts are local so all of my costs are CDN$. When I started all this the dollar was at par so it didn't matter. Now you Americans are getting a ridiculous deal.

Right now you Amrcns are getting this stuff for <$300 + shipping!!! OMFG!!!

I'm going to start taking deposits in February so start saving!!!

So what is the current price without poly sway bar bushings? I looked through a few pages but got nothing and figured I would just ask. I was reading backwards though from last page to first maybe I shoulda went the other way.

Sway bar bushings have pretty much been dropped from the kit. I am very confident that my Nylatron solution will be the bomb. Pricing will be $370CDN + shipping for all the suspension bushings, crush sleeves in carbon steel (not stainless...to expensive) and plenty of silicon lube. I will probably do a flat rate for shipping as well for those in N. America just to keep it simple. I will ship anywhere as long as you're willing to pay for it.

This post on page 6 has all the details.

I have allowed the GB thread to lay dormant for a while to let people prepare for the expense and recover from Christmas and stuff. I will revive it in a couple of weeks and I will also probably start a new thread which summarizes this one as it's become just a bit too bulky.

Ive got a question. Will there be any instructions for the kit? not that i need them its just that some helpful tips about installation would make installing them much less of a headache.

There will be detailed instructions. I have already pulled the control arms and rear sub frame from my parts car so that when the bushings arrive I can do the demo. Did I mention that the main component of my job is writing technical operation manuals?

I am interested in Stainless steel crush sleeves, if they can be less than $50 Canadian.
If you guys are going this far, you might as well spend another $45 (GB price, maybe?), and get Stainless.
Hey Wytbishop, could you put up a blow-up picture, and show all the bushings you're making?

I will work on a picture showing the complete kit. As for SS sleeves. If the Nylatron sway bar bushings work out as I expect, I will not be making then out of poly at all. That brings the price down $50, which means I could do stainless sleeves for the original price of the kit. And if we get 15+ buyers the price goes down again and everyone could have stainless for the reduced price.

I'm working to make this a good deal for you guys.

This is what is contained in the complete kit...

Image

There are 32 pieces of polyurethane and 16 crush sleeves. There will also be some washers which are required for the TTL's and some poly assembly lube.

The bushings will be black, but that doesn't show up nice in the pictures.

That's awesome.
Do you know the durometer of the OEM bushings?
Can I get that table in Stainless?
I don't need all the bushings, but will get the entire set to suport this buy (plus it's not a bad idea to have spares, especially the way I drive).
