You don't have to like it, nor agree with it; That doesn't make it any less real. I was VERY dissatisfied with the transaction that took place, and I'm not going to pretend otherwise. Kris has a great deal of positive feedback, as do many members on this board. As I said before, he made a poor choice in our transaction, and I gave him plenty of time and opportunity to make it right. His unwillingness to do so is what prompted negative feedback, and that is reasonable, especially after having been given the chance to make it right.

You can flame me all that you like; That doesn't change the fact that I left honest feedback about our transaction. I'm appalled that this forum has turned into such a maelstrom of cheesy internet memes, derogatory comments, and pontification. Thankfully the worklog section is still a safe-haven for posts actually related to our cars. Again, I will politely excuse myself from the bickering; This is beneath each and every one of us.

A few Canadians are coming down from the MX6/Probe community, and they'll be in my city this coming Saturday... I still have a curveneck, for which I have no immediate use. If you're willing to roll with a third party bringing it across the border, we could work something out to eliminate the ridiculous shipping expenses.

The "judicial system" of a forum board consists of it's moderators and site owner and your case of our transaction has been presented, over viewed and closed. Yet you still somehow persist. Getting low on money again?
We did however see an abdication of responsibility on their part on this forum board by allowing you to continue to be a part of this shrinking community. You were found guilty numerous times of physical threats of violence to multiple members. I believe you even threatened your own local community members if I'm not mistaken.
And even when you've been given "plenty of time and opportunity" (If you didn't realize, those are your words) but your unwillingness to shut your little mouth (IE, I have left you alone) you without provocation, poorly attempt (as are all your attempts) to manipulate and blackmail for your own benefit.

I can say I have sold several items to Mr mazda 92 (aka Blake) and selling to him went just fine. Though, purchasing from him got screwed over. I was supposed to purchase a euro front cover from him. Had many PMs discussing the transaction. We were going to exchange are a meet. Well he ended up not going and found out he had sold it under my nose to another local. Not the kind of business acumen I would expect after reading all of his kris bashing. I would think that if you wanted to receive a level of service, you would also give said level of service.

word is mr wooters bought some parts from you... you spent the money on other things and ran out of money and couldn't ship out the parts to him... so he had to send you more money just to get the parts from you.

So I suggested he contact you and maybe you should go ahead and send him that manifold to "make up" the difference in the money he loaned you.

When an issue arises, I would sooner take a financial hit than risk offending the other party, as my follow-up actions proved. I can verify this via Paypal records, in case you need the reminder?

A similar situation popped up between whitefinish and myself around the same time. I purchased a TB thermospacer, and some other parts from him. Upon arrival, there was a slit in the box, that had no doubt occurred during international shipping. The thermospacer was missing, and we had correspondence regarding the transaction; He was very understanding, and we agreed on terms to rectify the situation. IIRC, he issued me a partial refund of $10(1/2 of my purchase price for the spacer).

Wootzer is another individual whom I shipped parts to, far later than originally planned. I shipped a total of 4 packages to him, over a period of several months. To apologize for the inconvenience, I included around $100 worth of free parts in the latest shipment.

Anybody notice a recurring theme to these transactions? A good seller can have smooth transactions time after time. A great seller can admit their faults, swallow their pride, and attempt to make amends.

In regards to the tentative agreement with Josh; We never agreed on a set price, and after months and months of "I'll be in town later, later, later..." I sold the bumper to wagZE as part of a barter trade. No seller is REQUIRED to hold an item for an indefinite period of time, while a buyer attempts to amass the funds. The transactions where Josh DID manage to pay for parts, I delivered within 48 hours(bogaut received the spoiler, after I drove considerably out of my way to deliver it), and everybody went home happy.

Just some food for thought: My problem with SuperK was 100% related to his having misrepresented the parts that he sold to me.

Mind you, this engine was EASY to recoup losses for, as the manifold sells for nearly the full asking price. I took a $100 wash on the bumper that Kris sent to me, and the broken H4 headlight took quite a bit of effort to properly repair, in addition to the cost of supplies. Thankfully, I was able to save those from being a complete wash.

Remind me again, how I am the bad guy for having bought misrepresented parts?

I rest my case. If this isn't enough to open a few eyes, then nothing will do the trick. I am not a member of MX-3.com to play who has the brownest nose, I am a member because of our common love for a car that received far too little recognition in it's hayday. Even now, I refuse to reduce myself to backbiting or name calling.
I made a promise to the mod-staff and administrators of this board, and I will not contribute to the destruction of an otherwise tightknit community.
