17" Subzeros right? What size tires did you go with?

The HDR pics look great.

no 16x7 and 205.45.16..

They are just Cheapo tires They are Aurora which is some off brand from Hankook. They are great tires driving tires very quiet but suck when I get on the gas good or throw it into a corner.

I am wanting to get a 10mm spacer or so to bring them out a bit. I will most likely need to roll the fenders. I have a freind who is good at that and he is going to help me. Once that is done I will probabaly be able to run a 215 or a 225 and will also probabaly switch to a falken rt615 or nitta 555r's.

I run 245/45/17s on mine +40 offset if I remember. Didn't have to roll the fenders or use spacers, but it does require coilovers and some precision fitment. On my 15" rims I ran a 225/50/15 and that fit on regular tokico blues. You shouldn't need spacers or fender rolling unless the rims have some exotic offset.

With the 245/45/17s on a 17x7.5 et40 rim they sit about as perfectly lined up with the fender as I could wish for. There should be a new batch of pics end of next week after the big meet down here. Not sure if you'd want to run a tire that wide though, I did it for the 350whp plus track runs. It's a bit overkill for an N/A ZE. Are you gonna boost it in the future?

I most want to run the spacers to bring the wheels out so its flush with the fenders. My car is slammed and I am pretty sure it will rub with the spacers. Either way if I roll it i won't need to worry about any rubbing issues.

I really want to boost and I keep thinking about it. I have blown up 2 ze's so far and I know with boost it will not take it to well. I also don't like the idea of modifying the crossmember for the turbo pipes. That damn thing is already pretty pretty close to the ground and hits some bumps and speedbumps as it is. I can't imagin with it modified. I am planning on switching the acr over to full megasquit this winter and runnin an n/a setup on that. Later on down the road if i do boost I am ready with engine management.

I agree on the xmember being low, with my 15s on the car is damn low, but one of the benefits of my 17s was it raised up the bottom of the car, but decreased wheel gap so the car still looks low, but it has much better ground clearance.
