Nuetral here as well.. Been waiting over a month for Timing Covers, he just keeps telling me that he forgot to send them and that they were sent back or something.. I'll be filing a paypal complain in a day or two if im not provided tracking information.

So he's communicating, but stalling the whole time...I dunno..
